High school diploma or equivalent, with up to two years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills to exchange information effectively and professionally. Ability to follow established procedures and work routines with attention to detail. Physical capability to lift packages or materials weighing up to 25 lbs. Customer service experience with a focus on resolving inquiries and complaints. Familiarity with basic security and emergency protocols in a workplace setting.
