The Strategic HR Consultant II role partners with a team of HR consultants to implement Human Capital solutions designed to support the achievement of enterprise goals. This role works with internal and external resources to support projects within multiple workstreams. The Strategic HR Consulting and Delivery Consultant II is guided by strong functional knowledge, understanding of core business processes, and broad policies / standards to make judgments and / or recommendations as appropriate. This role supports HRBPs while working with business leaders, and HR Centers of Expertise (COEs) to deliver talent priorities.
