Immediate need for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a well established group in an onsite Telehealth role. Lets Discuss

The NP / PA, a member of the interdisciplinary health care team will be responsible for providing Telehealth / Telemedicine care for patients under the direction of one or more supervising licensed physician(s), including the Medical Director, and by written protocols. The NP / PA works in conjunction with the Medical Director in implementing and maintaining quality care programs. Schedule : Flexible, may require some evenings and weekends.

Master of Science (M.S.) or completion of CA Board of Registered Nursing, or PA Program

One year experience practicing in Family Medicine

Two tears' experience in Acute Care

Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI), or obtain an NPI, prior to employment start date.

Active CA RN License and Current Certification Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Active DEA License

Have approved credentials with Health Plans

Current CPR and / or BLS Certification

Valid State Identification

Excellent Customer Service (bedside phone manner)

Bilingual English / Spanish required

Ability to work as a team player and work independently
