Maintenance Technician

We are seeking dedicated Maintenance Technicians to join our team in Fort Wayne, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our milk, cottage cheese, and sour cream production facilities. You will be responsible for performing preventive maintenance and addressing reactive maintenance tasks to ensure optimal functionality of equipment and machinery.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct preventive maintenance on all equipment and machinery.
• Perform reactive maintenance tasks as needed.
• Work on conveyors, palletizing / wrapping machines, bag sealers, filler machines, blow molds, and mixing machines.
• Maintain label printers, fix and change pipes and valves, and conduct facilities maintenance.
• Provide maintenance support for forklifts.
• Be available for on-call duties on Sundays, with team rotation.

Job Type & Location :

This is a permanent position based out of Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $60320.00 / yr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
