Job Summary

The Cyber Director Student Assistant provides administrative and event support for the TSYS Cybersecurity Center under the guidance of the Cyber Director. This role is designed for a current student who is organized, detail-oriented, and interested in gaining experience in professional communication, event planning, and cybersecurity center operations.

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

• Monitor shared inboxes and forward important messages to the Cyber Director.
• Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and maintaining calendars.
• Help with travel arrangements, reimbursements, and basic recordkeeping.

Proposed Salary

This position is an hourly position paying $15 per hour. This position works up to 19 hours per week but could be less dependent on office needs.

Work Schedule

The Academic Operation Coordinator, Jennifer Stone, will create a schedule based on the student's class schedule. The schedule will be set for the semester, and no changes will be made once it is set.
