What You'll Do
Manage and submit permit applications with State, County, City, and Local agencies.
Partner with project managers to ensure all permits are obtained on schedule and meet regulatory standards.
Draft traffic control plan (TCP) requests and track approvals.
Communicate with contractors, architects, engineers, inspectors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders throughout the permitting process.
Keep clients updated on permit status, answer questions, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Review issued permits for accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local requirements.
Maintain an organized permitting workflow-monitoring completeness, tracking conditions, and distributing issued permits.
Coordinate with crew leaders to ensure timely submission of all project paperwork.
Provide backup administrative support to the team and assist with special projects as assigned.
Who You Are
Detail-oriented, organized, and great at multitasking in a deadline-driven environment.
Experienced in permitting processes, with at least
1+ year of permitting experience in Colorado .
Comfortable working within administrative guidelines, policies, and procedures.
Skilled with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), email, and general office software.
Able to identify when permits are required and understand basic compliance principles.
Work Environment
Standard office setting with computer-based work.
Regular sitting, typing, bending, twisting, and light lifting (with or without reasonable accommodation).
