We offer attractive sign-on bonuses for eligible full-time positions : $7,500 for Direct Care Respiratory Therapists with one year of experience ($5,000 for those with less than a year) who are licensed in South Carolina. We also provide $1,800 in student tax-free loan repayment annually and relocation assistance for those moving to the state.

Key Responsibilities
Supervisory / Management Responsibility
This position does not have management responsibilities and reports to a supervisor, manager, director, or executive.
Minimum Qualifications
Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program or eligible for licensure in South Carolina, or a senior student graduating within the next three months.
Required Certifications / Registrations / Licenses
Must hold a valid South Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner license or be eligible for licensure. BLS is required, and NBRC credentials must be maintained. Certified Respiratory Therapists are acceptable if hired prior to June 2016. New hires from June 2016 must pass the Therapist Multiple-Choice Exam and the Clinical Simulation Exam within six months of graduation; failing to do so will lead to termination. NRP and PALS are required before working independently in NICU / PICU.
Other Required Skills and Experience
Ability to collaborate well within a team environment is essential. Strong communication, organizational, and computer skills are required.
