Description :

Responsible for delivering exceptional financial management and analysis to drive business growth and success.

  • Responsible for performing business analysis and programmatic activities for a program, providing data analysis to the program management team, and developing and tracking budgets.
  • Performing business analysis and programmatic activities for a program, providing data analysis to the program management team, and developing and tracking budgets.
  • Performing business analysis and programmatic activities for a program to inform business decisions
  • Providing electronic systems resources to the program management team to support program execution
  • Developing and tracking budgets to ensure financial accuracy and compliance
  • Conducting workforce forecasting to inform program planning and resource allocation
  • Computing Earned Value for a variety of funding sources to track program performance
  • Preparing monthly / quarterly Estimate to Complete / Estimate at Completion (ETC / EAC) updates to inform program decisions
  • Participating in revenue forecasts and monthly analysis of actuals to drive business outcomes
  • Interfacing with program management and estimating groups for proposal activity to ensure accurate and competitive pricing
  • Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement DFARS, Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Ability to obtain US Security Clearance.

Travel Requirements :

  • Travel may be required as needed between company facilities and external training locations.
  • Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 3 years of prior relevant finance experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 5 years of prior finance experience.
  • Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Financial analysis, forecasting and reporting to include variance explanations a plus
  • Experience with budgeting and earned value reporting, a plus
  • Knowledge of cost / schedule development, budgeting, financial analysis and reporting, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, and / or business acquisitions.
  • Ability to accurately perform financial calculations used in cost / budget analysis.
  • Proficiency with the use of imported and / or exported data.
  • Understanding of general accounting principles and earned value management.
