  • This role will be required to be in office 5 days per week.

Job Summary :

The Office Support Coordinator will support our Deer Park craft recruiting and training office. They will oversee front desk operations to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for guests, while also providing support to the Craft Recruiters, Coordinators, and Trainers.

Functions in our group include safety, project field management, construction management, quality control, start up and decommissioning and field engineering.

Key Responsibilities :

  • This position requires a commitment to be full-time in office with no options for remote work.
  • Supports the office by greeting job seekers that arrive in-person or call in by phone.
  • Maintaining the standards and appearance of the office, such as office supplies, as well as coordinating with external vendors.
  • Assist with surge support of the recruiting and applicant process, including :
  • Scheduling interviews, making travel arrangements, and candidate outreach.
  • Support with job boards such as Indeed and RoadDogs.
  • Maintains data in resume tracking system. Enters requisition information and applicant data.
  • Tracks and codes invoices for interviews and transportation.
  • Generating ad hoc reports, or assigned special projects as required.
  • Coordinating and scheduling onboarding items such as drug screens, I9's, orientation meetings, etc.
  • Schedules activities, special events, and career fairs.
  • Skills :

  • Bilingual (Spanish / English) highly desired
  • Front desk / office coordination experience
  • Basic knowledge of HRIS and / or ATS systems
  • Basic knowledge of hiring policies and procedures
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and communication skills
