Dtc Lead Strategist
We are seeking a sharp, data-driven, and creative DTC Lead Strategist to own and scale our social commerce business on TikTok Shop and other emerging platforms. This is not a traditional marketing role; you will be the operational and strategic engine that enables our creators to run high-performing storefronts.
You will be responsible for developing playbooks, analyzing performance data, managing campaigns, and working directly with creators to optimize their sales strategy. If you live at the intersection of DTC e-commerce, data analytics, and creator culture, this is your dream role.
Key Responsibilities
- TikTok Shop & Social Commerce Mastery : Become the in-house expert on TikTok Shop, including its algorithm, promotional tools, affiliate marketplace, and best practices for driving sales. Stay ahead of trends and changes on the platform.
- Creator Enablement & Strategy : Act as a strategic consultant to our creators. Develop easy-to-follow playbooks and provide direct guidance on product selection, pricing, promotions, and content strategy to maximize their sales on TikTok Shop.
- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end sales campaigns and promotions for creators, including flash sales, bundle deals, and influencer collaborations within the TikTok ecosystem.
- Data Analysis & Optimization : Dive deep into performance data across multiple creator storefronts. Analyze sales metrics, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates to identify opportunities and provide actionable insights for optimization.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with our product team to relay creator feedback and shape the development of our platform. Partner with the creator management team to ensure a seamless and successful experience for our partners.
- Scale & Systematize : Build and refine scalable processes and systems for managing multiple creator storefronts simultaneously, ensuring efficiency and consistent growth.
