You’re analytical. You make data-driven decisions and are eager to contribute to larger strategy conversations. You’re based in San Francisco, and are ready to travel across the US. You have extensive experience living and working nationwide, but are also able to spend 30‑50% of your time on the road to drive growth in your region.

About the Team
The Market Operations team oversees the launch strategy and deployment of the World network across all markets. This team creates the go-to-market strategy for every country, deploys and manages all orbs worldwide and serves as the primary point of contact for all local stakeholders. This team is responsible for effectively growing the World network, onboarding active users to World and creating the right environment for World to thrive in their respective markets. Overall, the Market Operations team is on the frontlines of Tools for Humanity’s ambitious mission of global, inclusive, and rapid distribution of the Worldcoin token.
About the Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated business leader based in San Francisco to drive the US Market Operations team. Market Managers oversee the end-to-end operations of a market / region, oversee the design and implementation of growth strategy and operations within their respective geography, and are the main point of contact with all other teams (Product, Engineering, Legal, Policy, Communications).

Pay Transparency Statement
The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH ranges from $260,000 - $310,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
