Join us in shaping the future of international recruitment!Are you passionate about people, recruiting, and technology? Join our growing team in this dual-impact role : you'll be sourcing and screening technical and professional candidates for roles across Mexico and the U.S., while also managing and growing our niche job board, which connects multilingual professionals with employers.

What You'll Do

Recruiting (50%)

Source, screen, and interview bilingual (English / Spanish) candidates for professional and technical roles

Develop creative sourcing strategies to reach passive candidates and hard-to-find talent

Publish engaging job ads across job boards, social media, and career pages

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs

Conduct employment, education, and language verifications

Job Board Management (50%)

Verify the identity and legitimacy of companies registered

Ensure candidates language skills (Chinese, Spanish, English) are verified and match market needs

Connect the right people by recommending top candidates to employers and promoting job opportunities

Help grow our talent   community, making it the go-to platform for multilingual professionals

Required Skills and Abilities

• Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
• 5-7 years of proven recruiting skills, including talent sourcing and talent management
• Proven ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
• Strong research skills
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
• Knowledge of Zapier and Crisp for workflow automation
• Advanced knowledge of applicant tracking software (ATS), LinkedIn, etc.
• Solid project management experience and some knowledge of Zoho Projects

Nice to Have

Intermediate Chinese proficiency (a big plus!)

Degree or certification in Recruiting, HR, or Talent Sourcing

Knowledge of CRM databases to manage customer profiles
