Powder Coat Operator

Hiring Opportunity : Lancaster Ohio

Our client is looking to hire a Powder Coat Operator for their Lancaster Ohio location! Our client is an industry leading producer of glass bottles labeling and packaging.

The Powder Coat Operator is responsible for using figure spray and powder guns to coat the bottles to ensure labeling stays on bottles.

Responsibilities

• Do the set up and the start-up of equipment
• Ensure the proper functioning of the equipment
• Ensure functioning of equipment to control pollution of air and / or the water treatment uses
• For end of preparation of future work make the request and / or prepare the tooling parts raw materials or any other component required for the next production
• Prepare mix add / or remove safely according to the stabiles
• Make sure the equipment is running properly
• Participate in preventive maintenance
• Notify supervisor of all defects damage or malfunction of equipment
• Perform necessary minor repairs or adjustments necessary for the proper functioning of the production line
• Supply without interruption materials required for production first by making the request at the time wanted to the people concerned
• Perform or monitor quality tests related to production fill out the quality reports and ensure compliance with the qualitative and quantitative norms
• Make corrections to the dossier as needed for future use
