Are you passionate about helping students and able to adapt to changing classroom needs? Spindle is looking for caring and flexible paraprofessional substitutes to join our on-call team supporting schools throughout the Atlanta area. This per diem position provides a flexible schedule and a rewarding opportunity to contribute to student success during the academic year.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist classroom teachers in delivering instruction and supporting student learning

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with diverse learning needs

Help maintain a safe, organized, and positive classroom environment

Support behavioral interventions and encourage positive student interactions

Supervise students during classroom activities, transitions, and recess as needed

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success

Follow school policies and procedures to ensure compliance with district guidelines

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or relevant experience preferred

Prior experience working with children or in a school environment is a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to adapt quickly and work effectively in diverse classroom settings

Dependability, patience, and a positive attitude

Must be able to pass background checks and complete required school district onboarding
