About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Ticketing and Fan Experience Officer (CTFEO) to join their executive leadership team. Applicants for the CTFEO position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and at least 12 years' of progressive leadership experience in ticketing, premium sales, hospitality, or venue operations, with a preference for those with a background in professional sports or major live entertainment. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in driving multi-million-dollar revenue lines, strong commercial acumen, and excellent operational instincts. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with ticketing systems, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools, and possess exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
