Training Coordinator
The Training Coordinator is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating all training programs for all packaging line operators to ensure elite performance, safety, and compliance. This role includes conducting skill audits, maintaining records of all training / audits being conducted. The trainer coordinator plays an important role in all packaging operations, improving operational efficiency and packaging product quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Train all new employees on the lines within the warehouse packaging facility
- Understand how all lines within the warehouse packaging facility and be able to train effectively for each line
- Develop and implement comprehensive training program for all packaging line employees (New hires, Cross training and refresher training.
- Provide hands-on instructions on all packaging lines, Safety Procedures, SOP's and GMP (Good Manufacturing practices).
- Create and maintain up-to-date training materials, SOP's and Visual Aids.
- Assess trainee performance and provide coaching for improvements.
- Ensure all Forms are complete correctly.
- Track and maintain training-related data.
- Other duties assigned by Supervisor / Manager.
Audits & Compliance
Conduct routine skills Audits to evaluate all operators' competence and identify gaps.Support internal and external audits by ensuring documentation is accurate and compliant.Monitor SOP's regulatory standards (ISO) and safety guidelines.Provide corrective training, following audit finding or deviation reports.Employee Development
Take ownership on skill matrix on career progression on all employees.Track training progress and recommend certifications or additional training as needed.Work with Supervisor and management to identify high potential employees for advancement.Create and foster a culture of continuous improvement and upskilling.Operations Support
Act as a subject matter expert on all packaging lines and equipment and procedures.Collaborate with production floor and dock on quality, safety, troubleshooting and risk assessment.Provide new ideas / feedback to Customer for process improvements.Able to identify gaps in knowledge and performance and take corrective actions.Requirements
