Our client is seeking a People Experience Manager to lead global culture and engagement initiatives that shape the day-to-day experiences of colleagues across our organization. Responsibilities :
- Partner with regional teams to translate culture concepts into actionable initiatives.
- Embed culture programs and champion inclusion, learning, and colleague well-being.
- Develop toolkits, presentations, and surveys to enhance engagement and participation.
- Continuously improving systems, processes, and communications that underpin the People Experience function.
- Lead and deliver global People Experience projects (wellbeing, engagement, future of work)
- Manage strategic action plans, track KPIs, and ensure accountability across stakeholders.
- Support communications and engagement plans tailored to diverse audiences and senior leaders.
Qualifications :
High level of organization and attention to detail.Experience driving culture, engagement, or people experience initiatives.Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across regions and functions.Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.7-10 years of corporate experience, ideally in professional services or large enterprise environments.Strong project and program management skills; proven ability to lead multiple initiatives end-to-end.Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) tailored to senior leaders and global audiences.Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) for reporting, analysis, and executive storytelling.Critical thinking and problem-solving ability, with proactive risk identification and solutioning.Preferred Skills :
Prior experience mentoring or leading small teams.Experience with employee experience platforms (e.g., Culture Amp, Qualtrics)Familiarity with modern collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, project management platforms)Benefits & Perks :
