Fraud Operations Manager
Copay is currently looking to hire a Fraud Operations Manager within our US Risk division. This position falls under our Corporate Payments line of business and is located in Peachtree Corners, GA. In this role, you will lead strategy and execution across our US Fraud Risk Operations, combining leadership, data-driven decision-making, and operational excellence to strengthen Copay's fraud defense capabilities. You will report directly to the SVP of Risk and regularly collaborate with Sales, Legal / Compliance, Digital, and Risk teams.
As a Fraud Operations Manager, you will be expected to work in an on-site environment. Copay will set you up for success by providing :

The responsibilities of the role will include :
Developing and implementing a fraud operations roadmap aligned with Copay's strategic goalsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to operate fraud initiativesBuilding a robust reporting infrastructure to monitor fraud operations performanceIdentifying bottlenecks, tracking SLA adherence, and driving continuous process improvementLeveraging data to reduce fraud risk, streamline workflows, and eliminate inefficienciesPartnering with analytics teams to ensure fraud mitigation strategies are insight-drivenFostering a high-performing, inclusive team culture focused on fraud prevention excellenceSetting clear goals for Line of Business managers across fraud functions (e.g., onboarding, transaction review)Building a metrics-driven, agile fraud operations team that continuously improvesQualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Risk Management, or related field; Master's preferred4+ years in fraud prevention or credit risk, including 2+ years in leadership rolesProven success in designing and executing fraud risk strategiesStrong knowledge of fraud detection technologies, regulatory frameworks, and analytics platformsExperience partnering with offshore analytics teamsDemonstrated ability to balance tactical execution with strategic oversightExcellent communication skills with a customer-first mindsetBenefits & Perks :
