What You'll Do :
- Administrative Support : Handling phone calls, emails, and other communications
- Project & Task Management : Assisting with special projects and tracking deadlines / invoices; Coordinating with different departments on behalf of the executive
- Communication & Coordination : Acting as a liaison between the executive and internal / external stakeholders; Drafting emails, reports, and other documents; Ensuring smooth flow of information within the organization
- Meeting & Event Organization : Preparation of executive summaries for meetings, taking minutes, and following up on action items
- Strategic Support & Decision-Making Assistance : Conducting research to support executive decision-making; Providing insights and recommendations on workflow improvements; Managing high-priority tasks and ensuring efficiency in executive operations
