Were seeking a strategic results-driven leader with a proven track record in digital sales and campaign management for local and regional clients. Youll play a key role in driving revenue across all screens television digital and OTT platforms while developing and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

Lead and Inspire : Coach train and develop Account Executives to exceed revenue goals and deliver exceptional client results.

Drive Digital Success : Collaborate with local sales leadership to set priorities execute strategies and maximize digital opportunities.

Build Partnerships : Cultivate strong client relationships lead strategic discussions and deliver innovative marketing solutions that grow businesses.

Close Deals : Support sellers in client meetings assist in negotiations and ensure successful delivery of broadcast and digital budgets.

Innovate : Develop creative results-driven campaigns that leverage FOX4s powerful platforms.

Strategize : Prepare and present compelling sales proposals recommend pricing strategies and optimize inventory for maximum profitability.

Experience : Bachelors degree preferred with a minimum of three (3) years of sales management experience including local and digital sales.

Adaptability : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced high-pressure environment with strict deadlines.

Flexibility : Willingness to travel and work extended hours as needed.

Compliance : Valid drivers license and an acceptable driving record required.
