Senior Process / Pipping Cost Manager

We are seeking a Senior Process / Pipping Cost Manager to support a high-profile semiconductor client in Scottsdale, Arizona. This role requires deep experience in semiconductor facility projects, including a proven ability to manage complex electrical scopes, budgets, and cost controls in fast-paced, high-tech environments. Candidates must be local to the Scottsdale area and bring strong stakeholder coordination, technical expertise, and the ability to drive cost accuracy from design through delivery.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities :
- Perform workload and team management such as QA / QC, fee proposals, and task management.
- Reconcile invoices and change orders with GC, subcontractors, and third parties.
- Perform value analysis.
- Develop and nurture client relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
- Support senior management by providing needed reports and responding to inquiries for information.
- Mentor estimating technicians, estimators, and train in understanding divisions and construction technology.
- Prepare project plans.
- Provide bid analysis and post-contract support.
- Participate in peer review process.
- Undertake risk and value management evaluations.
- Understand project controls and stakeholders requirements.
- Participate in industry events and demonstrate an understanding of the local market.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Attendance at work during normal business hours.
