Business Development Capture Lead

Cimarron is seeking a Business Development Capture Lead to focus on identifying, tracking, and winning task order work under Cimarrons multiple-award contract vehicles, including OASIS+, SHIELD, and other IDIQ / GWAC contracts. The ideal candidate will bring proven experience managing task order bids and collaborating with program and proposal teams to drive new business through these vehicles. This position may be performed remotely and offers the opportunity to contribute directly to Cimarrons growth strategy across multiple domains.

Key Duties :

• Identify and track task order opportunities under Cimarrons existing IDIQ and GWAC contract vehicles.
• Lead or support the capture process from opportunity identification through proposal submission.
• Coordinate with program managers, technical leads, and proposal writers to develop compliant, compelling task order responses.
• Monitor government portals (e.g., SAM.gov, PIEE, GSA eBuy) for relevant solicitations.
• Analyze task order requirements and assist in developing bid / no-bid recommendations.
• Maintain the opportunity pipeline and provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Assist in developing win themes, pricing strategies, and teaming arrangements.
• Support proposal production, reviews, and lessons-learned activities.
