job_description.job_card.job_descriptionFabricate, layout, and assemble structural steel components according to blueprints and specifications. Lift, position, and move workpieces from conveyors and bunks for fitting and welding. Measure and mark reference points for layout using a tape measure. Operate overhead cranes and rigging equipment to move materials safely. Prepare materials by cleaning, grinding, and organizing work areas. Perform MIG and SMAW welding on carbon steel (must be certified or able to become certified). TIG welding experience on stainless steel and aluminum is a plus. Assist with loading, stacking, and transporting materials and tools. Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all company safety procedures. 2–3 years of experience in structural steel fabrication and welding (required). Must be experienced in layout, fitting, and fabricating structural steel. Welding certification in MIG (GMAW) and SMAW (Stick) or ability to become certified. Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately. Good math, measurement, and analytical skills. Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a physically active environment. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as part of a team. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision. Must adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean workspace. PPE : Must have Steel-toed boots and Must have own welding helmet / gloves. Must be eligible to work in the United States. Must have reliable transportation to the job site. Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.

- HOURS : Shifts will be 10-hour workdays, 5 days per week (50-60 hours / week)
- SCHEDULE : 2nd Shift - Workdays will be Monday-Friday; 4 : 00pm - 3 : 00am
- START DATE : ASAP
- DURATION : Temp-to-Hire
