We’re looking for a motivated, community-driven independent Insurance Agent to join our team. This position is perfect for someone passionate about making a difference locally, while helping clients secure the right coverage for their needs. As an Insurance Agent, you'll not only help people protect what matters but also be a key player in community outreach and engagement. Compensation :

66,000 at plan commission

Responsibilities :

  • Manage day-to-day operations, including marketing, sales, and customer service
  • Guide clients in selecting appropriate coverage that best meets their needs
  • Organize, volunteer at, or sponsor community events
  • Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements
  • Develop and manage a book of business by offering tailored insurance solutions

Qualifications :

  • A background or familiarity with farming or agriculture is a plus
  • Active insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Strong ability to communicate and problem-solve
  • Passion for social impact and community engagement
  • Insurance and sales experience a plus
