Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical Lead

As a Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in delivering enterprise-grade CRM solutions for Cognizant's clients. You will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE and XRM applications, working closely with clients to understand business needs and translate them into scalable, high-performance solutions. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and a consultative mindset to drive successful project outcomes.

In this role, you will :

• Lead the end-to-end technical delivery of Microsoft Dynamics CRM / XRM solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to analyze business requirements and define functional specifications.
• Architect and design robust CRM / XRM solutions, including integrations with ERP and back-office systems.
• Develop high-level project plans, manage budgets, and ensure scope adherence.
• Identify innovative solutions to meet business needs with or without custom code.
• Design and implement data migration, conversion, and testing strategies.
• Drive design, implementation, and review activities with offshore development teams.
• Ensure alignment with Agile development methodologies and best practices.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.

Salary and Other Compensation : The annual salary for this position is between $114,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
