What You’ll Do :

• ️ Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• ️ Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, and functional independence .
• ️ Document services with our easy-to-use EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• ️ Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care .
• ️ Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants (PTAs) and Physical Therapy Students.
