Junior Graphic Designer (Onsite)
Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM.
This is an onsite position with no hybrid options

Overview :
We are seeking a bilingual (English / Spanish) , junior-level Graphic Designer to join our in-house creative team in Miami, FL. This is a 5-6 month contract position, with a strong possibility of becoming a permanent role. You'll provide critical support during a high-volume period, helping with day-to-day design needs and bringing fresh creative energy to our projects. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career designer to gain hands-on experience and grow within a collaborative team.
What You'll Do :
- Update and design presentations, brochures, and various marketing materials.
- Edit short-form video content like sizzle reels (under 1 minute) to be used on digital platforms.
- Support both print and digital deliverables , ensuring brand consistency across all media.
- Collaborate with in-house designers and external agencies on key projects.
- Contribute to a rebranding initiative and presentation overhauls with a fresh, creative perspective.
- Explore and integrate new tools and workflows , including AI-enhanced design, to improve efficiency and creativity.
- Provide essential design continuity and support for the team.
Who You Are :
A recent design graduate or early-career designer with a solid foundation in graphic design principles.Comfortable working onsite in a fast-paced environment.Bilingual in English and Spanish , with the ability to work effectively in both languages.Skilled in design software like Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other tools like Canva. Video editing experience is a plus.A detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple projects and deadlines.A team player who is open to learning and receptive to feedback.A creative thinker with a willingness to experiment with new techniques and tools.Additional Information :
Schedule : Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM. This is an onsite position with no exceptions.All necessary equipment will be provided.The interview process will include meetings with the hiring manager, the current designer, and a director.
