Qualification

3 years of prior experience in a shipping and receiving department & sit-down forklift experience

Essential Tasks :

• Operate sit-down LPG / Electric forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners for loading, unloading, staging, and moving products.
• Read pick sheets to accurately pull, stage, and prepare production items and stock parts for shipment.
• Handle shipping / receiving tasks : wash / prep products, wrap / label shipments, confirm deliveries, process discrepancies, and complete required documentation (UPS, FedEx, Bills of Lading, SAGE entries).
• Coordinate trucking schedules, company transfers, and deliveries using stake bed truck; complete international shipping paperwork.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through restocking, labeling, FIFO management, cycle counts, and physical inventories.
• Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety in work areas while supporting production operations.
• Perform additional duties as needed to assist manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory control teams.
