Position Responsibilities :
Own and lead the end-to-end data sales strategy and execution, with a focus on enterprise pharmaceutical and life sciences clientsDrive outreach and engagement with executive champions inside pharmaceutical companies (e.g., Heads of Data, RWD, Market Access, etc.)Develop and implement a scalable go-to-market plan, including defining ICPs, sales processes, playbooks, sales operations infrastructure, and collateralCollaborate cross-functionally with the product team to align on customer needs, positioning, and product-market fitServe as a player-coach - closing large, complex deals while mentoring team members (esp. in foundational sales)Establish and monitor key performance indicators and contribute to strategic planning for future commercial hiresExperience & Skills :
Required Experience and Qualifications :
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry, with a deep focus on enterprise and data salesProven experience in real-world data (RWD) sales and navigating long-cycle enterprise deals in pharmaProven track record of driving revenue growth in early-stage environments, scaling sales from $1M to $10M+Strong experience developing sales playbooks, defining ideal customer profiles (ICPs), and setting up sales operationsAbility to effectively engage and influence C-level stakeholders and executive decision-makersStrong mentorship and coaching instincts; you're someone others naturally learn fromSelf-starter & operator : You move fast, work independently, and don't wait for someone else to hand you a playbook - you write itBuilder's mindset : You enjoy scaffolding systems, standing up new GTM approaches, and iterating rapidlyHands-on approach : You're not looking to manage from the sidelines - you want to close deals and lead by exampleMentor-driven : You get energy from developing othersCurious & collaborative : You want to work closely with product and learn the market deeplyMission-aligned : You care about improving healthcare and believe in the value of data to drive better outcomesStartup-ready : You're comfortable operating without a lot of support, structure, or hand-holding- and you're excited about the upsidePreferred Experience and Qualifications :
