Job Description :

We are seeking a Community Engagement Specialist to support the growth of our business through expanding our network of connections. The ideal candidate is both a natural conversationalist and is exceptionally organized.

This is a contract-to-hire position that is suitable for a recent graduate or micro-influencer that wants to build a career in tech and business development.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage our target list-building process, either directly or through delegation.
• Identify and make connections through online directories and networks.
• Generate networking connections before, during and after industry events.
• Represent 3Advance at various events, identifying and making personal connection with viable prospects, or connectors to other prospects.
• Utilize CRM to track connections, potential deals, and follow-ups.
• Organize and prioritize outbound efforts for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Manage the outbound and inbound funnel, and support efforts to convert new connections to leads.
• Support the CEO in managing sales pipelines, scheduling tasks, and ensuring timely lead follow-ups.
• Coordinate with Marketing team to align goals and messaging.
• Support social marketing efforts, in the creation of content - photos and walkthrough / selfie videos on location, at networking events.
• Advocate our commitment to purpose-driven organizations, including non-profits and social impact startups.
