Senior litigation lawyer -

We are a close-knit team of dedicated professionals with expertise in criminal defense, personal injury, and medical malpractice law. We’re seeking an experienced Senior Litigation Attorney who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with 2+ years of experience (criminal defense experience a plus) and proven ability to perform a wide range of attorney functions in a busy office with minimal supervision. Successful candidates will have a proven track record advocating for clients in court (appearances, trial prep, trial), taking / defending depositions, attending mediations / arbitrations, writing briefs, responding and propounding discovery, reviewing and analyzing medical records, and excellent writing and communications skills. We also provide CLE from the finest trial attorneys in the country.

Conduct legal research, draft pleadings and discovery, and prepare trial materials.

• Assist attorneys with hearings, depositions, trials, and client meetings.
• Support the legal team with various case-related tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• degree from an accredited law school.
• For personal injury, plaintiff side. Strong civil litigation experience a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and legal case management software.
