Overview

The Senior Director of Digital Performance Marketing & Loyalty will lead the strategic vision execution and optimization of all digital marketing and loyalty initiatives across the Americas for SharkNinja a global leader in home appliances and cleaning solutions. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition engagement and retention through data-driven performance marketing strategies and innovative loyalty programs.

The successful candidate will partner cross-functionally and globally to deliver integrated campaigns optimize the customer journey and enhance brand loyalty ultimately accelerating profitable growth across channels.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Performance Marketing Strategy

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition retention and revenue growth in the Americas region.
• Oversee all aspects of performance marketing including Paid Search (SEM) Paid Social Display Programmatic SEO and Affiliate channels.
• Define KPIs and performance benchmarks ensuring measurable success through data-driven insights and continual optimization.
• Lead the development of full-funnel campaigns that maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) and improve channel efficiency.
• Stay ahead of digital and technology trends to ensure SharkNinja remains at the forefront of performance innovation.

Salary and Other Compensation : The annual salary range for this position is displayed below. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography / market skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
