Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM–5 : 00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Rate : $20.00 / hour

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA / RMA) to provide rooming support for an Internal Medicine Physician in a busy outpatient clinic. This role is essential to ensuring smooth patient flow and high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Rooming patients : taking vitals, obtaining medical history, and documenting patient responses in Epic EMR

Preparing and administering vaccines

Assisting with minor clinical tasks as delegated by the physician

Supporting both pediatric and adult patient populations

Collaborating with providers and jumping in to assist as needed

Required Qualifications

Certification : CMA or RMA

Experience : Minimum 1 year of direct MA experience in an outpatient setting

Preferred Skills & Attributes

Candidates who possess the following will stand out :

Proficiency with Epic EMR

Hands-on experience rooming patients in an outpatient setting

Comfort working with both pediatric and adult patients
