Wound Care Nurse RN

A skilled nursing facility is seeking a talented Wound Care Nurse RN to join our team.

Wound Care Nurse Duties Include but are not limited to :

• Responsible for accurate and timely documentation of wounds in the nurse's notes at least weekly
• Responsible for all treatments required by licensed nurses on your shift and ensuring the wound care treatments are carried out at other times.
• Evaluate high risk patients for pressure reduction interventions methods
• Conduct body assessments and documentation on all new admissions per policy
• Round with doctors weekly to assist with assessing residents

Wound Care Nurse Requirements / Qualifications :

Salary : Up to $140,000 a year
