AXIOM is looking for an experienced Instructional Designer for our client to create engaging, scalable training programs that support our mission.

What You’ll Do

Design blended learning (eLearning, video, virtual, in-person)

Develop materials using Articulate 360 & Camtasia

Collaborate with SMEs & manage multiple projects

Apply adult learning best practices

Promote DEI and align training with client's core values

What You Bring

4+ years of instructional design experience

Strong skills in Articulate, Camtasia & Microsoft Office

Project management & communication skills

Ability to work independently and with cross-functional teams
