We are seeking a dedicated Planner / Scheduler to oversee and enhance our preventive maintenance program. In this role, you will coordinate and schedule maintenance activities across buildings, operations, and capital improvement projects. You will also collaborate with trade shops, troubleshoot maintenance issues, and conduct inspections to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Depending on the work environment, you may specialize in programs and projects related to sustainable energy practices, asbestos abatement, environmental concerns, refrigerants, and other key initiatives.
