RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Develop and drive new initiatives based on client / business needs industry trends and best practices
• Manage workflow for assigned markets a segment of a product and ensure timely delivery of work output in accordance with established and agreed upon turn-around times
• Identify gaps / opportunities create solutions present them as business cases to key stakeholders
• Research recommend and implement technology and content opportunities to improve product quality and operational efficiencies
• Effectively manage expectations of both internal and external clients
• Collaborate with other teams
• Communicate developments and issues across the team
