The ideal COO for the company will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in a senior operational role. A background in the financial services or mortgage industry is a significant advantage. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Experience in managing large teams and a proven ability to drive operational excellence are also key requirements for this role.
