Key Responsibilities - Sales Engineer
Client Relationship Management & Business Development
Serve as the primary customer contact for assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to identify new project opportunities
Communicate with clients regarding project requirements, timelines, and deliverables
Technical Review & Project Coordination
Review and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, material specifications, and technical requirements
Collaborate with sales teams, manufacturing engineers, and suppliers to develop accurate RFQs and quotes
Track project timelines, identify potential issues, and provide proactive solutions
Match supplier capabilities with customer needs for manufacturing projects
