Our client, a leading organization in the energy sector, is seeking a talented and motivated Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join their dynamic team. As a key member of the Talent Acquisition department, you will support various functions including interview scheduling, candidate onboarding, and post-employment activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a collaborative spirit, ensuring a positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders involved.

What's the Job?

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to streamline staffing processes, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interview schedules, liaising with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams to facilitate smooth interview logistics.
• Arrange travel accommodations for candidates when necessary and process reimbursement requests promptly.
• Manage candidate onboarding activities, including completing applications, new hire paperwork, and I-9 documentation accurately and on time.
• Monitor and track background checks, drug tests, and physicals, ensuring all pre-employment requirements are met efficiently.
