Robinson Hill Architecture, Inc., is currently looking to hire a Draftsperson with commercial knowledge and experience in retail, restaurant, and hospitality. The ideal candidate will be proficient in developing construction documents and have some knowledge of ADA & building codes. Will be able to adapt to the office culture, be able to communicate clearly with the team, and have the ability to solve technical problems. Abel to show consistency in production, reliable organizational behavior, & clear interpersonal communication skills. This position is full-time in office. Responsibilities : Ability to draft and design development construction documents, specifications, construction administrative duties, site measuring, specifications of samples, and edit drawings (redlines) with the Project Manager & Principal Architect. Other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Managing Principal.

Skills & Knowledge

• Must be proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Understanding of commonly used practices within the industry
• Ability to draft and design development
• At least 1-3 years of experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or Equivalent Experience
