Wax Specialist Requirements :

Must have (or be in the process of obtaining) a current esthetician or cosmetology license

A natural ability to help guests feel comfortable, welcome, and confident

Ability to perform all Radiant Waxing services with precision and care

Be positive, upbeat, and professional with both guests and teammates

Maintain a polished, professional appearance

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings

Willingness to grow your guest base through self-marketing and salon-led promotions
