Project Manager – Heavy Civil Construction

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in heavy civil construction to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5–10 years of experience managing large-scale civil projects, including earthwork, concrete, and underground utilities for roadway and bridge construction . This is a long-term growth opportunity within a stable and employee-focused company.

Responsibilities :

Manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects from start to completion

Oversee field operations, subcontractors, and project schedules

Monitor budgets, cost control, and overall project performance

Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with all specifications and standards

Build and maintain strong client and team relationships

Support long-term organizational growth and development

Qualifications :

5–10 years of experience managing heavy civil projects (earthwork, concrete, utilities, roadway / bridge work)

Proven ability to lead and coordinate field teams

Strong communication, scheduling, and cost management skills

Stable employment history and commitment to long-term career growth

Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
