Job Description

Oversee all stages of project management including planning, execution, and completion.

Lead cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Maintain consistent communication with stakeholders on project status.

Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

Develop and manage project budgets.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the construction department.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Commercial Project Manager should have :

• A degree in Business, Construction Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in project management within the business services industry
• Strong knowledge of construction industry regulations and standards
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
