Job Description

Salary : $35.00 - $37.50 per hour with a $2500 Sign on Bonus!

Schedule :

• Sunday, Monday, Tuesday : 6 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM
• Wednesday : 6 : 00 AM – 12 : 30 PM

The Wellness Nurse supports the health and well-being of residents through ongoing clinical monitoring, direct care, and collaboration with the care team. This role assists community nurses, caregivers, and medication personnel to help ensure regulatory compliance and clinical excellence. The ideal candidate demonstrates flexibility, teamwork, and a positive, professional approach while working in a fast-paced environment.
