Warehouse Manager

We are seeking an experienced and driven Warehouse Manager / Supervisor to join our team in Pasadena, TX. This is a key leadership role within a rapidly growing logistics operation. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, organized, and able to manage daily warehouse operations while leading a team to meet productivity and safety goals.

Pay Rate

21- $23 per hour based on experience

Schedule and Hours

Monday – Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM (Overtime & Weekends as needed)

Warehouse Manager Supervisor Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts and system updates.
  • Ensure efficient use of space, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.
  • Train, coach, and support warehouse staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and SOPs.
  • Work closely with drivers and shipping teams to ensure timely dispatch and loading of materials.
  • Support walk-in customers and provide prompt, professional assistance.
  • Collaborate with management to identify process improvements and implement solutions.

Warehouse Manager / Supervisor Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
  • Experience with chemical handling or Hazmat materials is a strong plus.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
  • Willingness to work overtime, including weekends, as business needs arise.
  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Steel-toe boots required.
  • Must pass a background check and drug screening.
