About the Role

The Franchise Sales Leader will also work closely with marketing to enhance lead flow and brand positioning, and with operations and leadership to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new franchisees. Applicants for the Franchise Sales Leader position at the company should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in franchise sales or development, with a preference for those with a background in healthcare or service industries. A proven track record of meeting sales targets and expanding franchise networks is essential. The role demands strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities in a dynamic environment.
