Must-Have Skills :

• 5+ years of experience designing, building, and delivering analytics dashboards / reports for decision-making
• Advanced proficiency in at least one of the following : SQL, Tableau (preferred), PowerBI, or similar visualization and data prep tools
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and ability to translate raw data into actionable insights and clear visualizations
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills, with ability to engage across multiple levels of management
