A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CALL CENTER ASSOCIATE

As a Call Center Associate, you make a great first impression on behalf of our company. Your friendly tone on the phone is music to a potential client's ear when they call to get a quote, ask a question, or voice a concern. You listen closely, communicate clearly, and follow up when necessary, all to show our clients that we are eager to provide the best service possible.

Sometimes, the questions or concerns come in by email, which means you address multiple issues at once. You are focused, though, and you know how to prioritize. You do so while striving to make every customer feel like they are your sole concern. It's exhilarating to be part of a company that helps people live comfortable lives in beautiful mobile homes. QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ years of customer service experience
• Proficiency in typing and basic computer usage

WORK SCHEDULE

This phone position works an 8-hour shift, Monday - Friday, with no weekend work .
