Job Summary : As RYSEs National Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to support RYSEs sales efforts by overseeing national key accounts with clients, conceiving and executing business strategies to drive corporate objectives, and managing other sales members in the assigned region.
Responsibilities :
Develop and nurture strong relationships with key accountsIdeate and propose strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectivesCoach and mentor key account managers, handling escalations and proposing timely and effective solutions at addressing any issuesUnderstand the clients needs, objectives, and any challenges faced throughout the course of the business relationshipPromote loyalty and retention by providing key accounts with excellent communication, service, and client advocacyIdentify new business opportunities within existing accounts and apply a sales strategy to generate increased revenueCollaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to seamlessly execute promotional programs and sales activities with key accountsReport on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising, and promotional trendsEnsure costs are controlled, monitored, and budgets are not exceededFlexible with travel as needed for the roleEducation and Requirements :
Demonstrated knowledge of Wholesalers, distributor and retail customersProven success in generating high-growth salesExperience in a key account leadership roleExperience using Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Experience using CRM systems such as HubSpotExperience using data systems such as VIP / KarmaExperience selling consumer packaged goods (CPG), preferably Energy / BeverageAble to work at a desk / on a computer for up to 8 hours a dayStandout Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldPersonal passion for health and wellnessExcellent verbal and written communication skills, time-management and organizational skillsAble to establish and maintain positive rapport and credibility with customers, distributors, wholesalers, and all levels of collaborating partnersWhat we offer :
